Canon ET-124 Lens Hood

The ET-124 Lens Hood prevents stray light from entering your lens while reducing flare and ghosting. Compatible with the RF 100-300mm F2.8L IS USM Lens, it features a satin texture on its inner circumference that prevents reflection. Not only does this improve image quality, but it can also protect the front part of the lens against accidental damage, knocks and scrapes. The hood is coated in the same heat shield coat as the lens to reduce the air temperature inside the hood to prevent heat haze occurring on hot days. This makes it well suited to use on the move in harsh and bright environments.
