Handcrafted soft torrone with pistachios made according to an original recipe of a new generation. It is made of egg whites and without any jelly. It is steamed for about 2 hours and a half, shaped and hand-cut. Gluten-free and incredibly delicious. Perfect to be enjoyed during the festive season along with other Christmas delicacies.
