Nobody else ever did it for you, so Auralex took the guesswork out of acoustics and made it EASY AND AFFORDABLE to improve your sound! We proudly offer four Roominators Complete Acoustical Control Kits that can easily tame the sound problems many people run up against in commonly-sized rooms. With Roominators, everyone from the novice to the pro can sound their best....no formulas, no mumbo jumbo, no physics required! Finally, somebody has made it easy for you to sound great! The Deluxe Plus Kit is designed primarily for rooms with a floor square footage of 100-250 ft/sq. The shortest room dimension should be 10-14 feetInstallationStudiofoam Wedge, LENRD Bass Traps and T'Fusor Diffusors can be mounted to standard drywall with the included EZ-Stick Pro Tabs. Be advised that the EZ-Stick Pro Tabs are designed for permanent installations and will damage drywall and painted surfaces when removed. Mark the target position on your wall or ceiling where the product will be mounted using small pencil marks, pieces of masking tape or any similar non marring method.Be sure the surface where the EZ-Stick Pro Tabs will adhere is free of dirt, dust or other oily contaminants by spot cleaning with rubbing alcohol. Studiofoam Wedge Panels and LENRD Bass Traps use 6, while T'Fusor Diffusors use 4, EZ-Stick Pro Tabs each. Remove one of the release layers on the EZ-Stick Pro Tabs and affix it to the rear side of the products perimeter, usually near the corners. On LENRDs, place the tabs along the thin edge as shown below. Apply firm pressure and wait about 5 minutes for the adhesive to set. Remove the second layer of the release paper from each of the EZ-Stick Pro Tabs, carefully orient the panels position prior to contact with the wall, then press in place with moderate pressure.- Studiofoam -Studiofoam Wedge panels reduce mid-high frequency reflections, flutter echo, room ring and excessive reverberation. To maximize performance in a project studio or control room, consider placing the panels at the first reflection points located to the sides, front, rear and ceiling above your listening position. To maximize performance in a live room, consider spacing the panels evenly throughout the room and staggering treatment across parallel surfaces.- LENRD Bass Traps -LENRD stands for Low-End Node Reduction Device. As you may know, a resonance bump in a room's frequency response is called a room node. Now, thanks to LENRD Bass Traps, you can achieve the low frequency sound control other companies can't give you!Bass traps substantial enough to control nodes have always been expensive to buy or intricate and time-consuming to build, but not anymore! LENRD Bass Traps are extremely effective at smoothing out low frequency room nodes at a price that anybody-and I do mean anybody-can afford!- T'Fusor 3D Sound Diffusors -T'Fusor Diffusors are made from a lightweight and sturdy thermoplastic. T'Fusors drop easily into ceiling grids and are wall mountable with Tubetak Pro, EZ-Stick Pro Tabs, or mechanical fasteners.T'Fusors impart a sense of controlled spaciousness and work best when mounted with a varying alignment of the "T" pattern. Improved broadband diffusion can be achieved by filling the cavity we designed into the back of the T'Fusor Diffusor with acoustic foam or 1" rigid fiberglass.- EZ-Stick Pro Tabs - Clean attachment points on the wall surface with Isopropyl alcohol (avoid household cleaners), wipe gently and let dry. Separate the EZ-Stick Pro Tabs from each other. Remove one of the paper release liners from the strip. Apply the tabs on the rear of the panel near the outside edges with heavy, uniform pressure (heel of hand).Orient vertically for maximum holding strength. Remove the second paper release liner from the backside of the tab, position the panel with the target location on the wall and press firmly to attach. Use 4 tabs for a 2' x 2' Studiofoam panel and 6 tabs for a 2' x 4' panel.
