This font was created inspired from the typeface models hand drawn circa 1610s by Basilius Besler Germany for the carved plates of his splendid Hortus eystettensis, a botanical manual, masterpiece of the period. This PRO font contains standard ligatures & numerous alternates, usable for Western, Central and Eastern Europe, Baltic and Turkish.
